I hope you are doing well. I am happy to be sharing the link to Veterans Air Express, The Unfolding Story of a 1945 Non-Sked Air Carrier collection!

What I have done is create an overall collection for your research, using your submitted collection title, and then within the collection I have created a record for the website. Any further donations (of physical or digital material) will go into series/subcollections depending on how you decide to organize your research. I hope that the ArchivEra website and the way I have organized the collection is acceptable.

I had to take a guess, and I picked “CC BY-NC-ND: Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives – all attribution should be made to Gaye Lyn Gravely.” This is a Creative Commons license – it is the most restrictive of the six main CC licenses, only allowing others to download your works and share them with others as long as they credit you, but they can’t change them in any way or use them commercially. If you have a preferred copyright or use phrase for the website, let me know.

It’s one thing to talk about it. It’s a whole DIFFERENT, HONORING ACKNOWLEDGMENT to SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may be 79 years old, but I’m such a kid at heart. I’m so very moved and very appreciative of the efforts and encouragements and recognition that this Collection represents. It’s the most worthy for Dad and his merry band of adventuring Veterans. I thank you. Dad thanks you. The Vets thank you. The Vets’ Families thank you. And, you know what? The Post WW-II Non-Sked Airlines Vets thank you, too.

Once I get my feet back on the ground, I’ll be back.

WOW Congratulations and wonderful efforts to all and definitely to Gaye Lyn. 😊 Very exciting and very interesting scrolling through your documentation.

Quite the journey for you Gaye Lyn and I am happy you took us with you for the ride.

I will try to stop in at Santa Fe in the coming weeks, I have a couple of trips to northern New Mexico upcoming. Perhaps Brenda and I can stop by to catch up over coffee.
